Returns

Note: No Returns/All sales final for jewelry accessories (i.e. Earrings, Bracelet, etc.) and Face masks

For other items please contact us through our website "contact us" page or email greetings@alaniluxury.com and let us know that you would like to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels. You have 14 days from the date item was received to return item for full refund of product price. No refund will be issued for shipping costs. 

Refunds issued
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item please contact us via email at greetings@alaniluxury.com. Any items that are shipped back to us for exchange are shipped at customers expense.
